Welcome to Kearny Self Storage. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our self-storage facilities and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Your rental of a storage unit is subject to a separate Rental Agreement that you must sign. These Terms supplement and are incorporated into your Rental Agreement. In case of any conflict, the Rental Agreement shall prevail.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a storage unit. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kearny Self Storage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your stored items. We do not provide insurance coverage for your stored property. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for loss or damage to your stored items.
Either party may terminate the Rental Agreement with proper notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all items from the unit and return it in the same condition as when received, subject to normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the storage facility is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
